Değerli Lisansüstü Öğrencilerimiz,
Lisansüstü öğrencilerimizin tez çalışmaları kapsamında gerçekleştirdikleri yayın, proje, bildiri, patent ve diğer akademik çıktılarının sağlıklı bir şekilde kayıt altına alınması ve kurumsal olarak izlenebilmesi amacıyla "Mezuniyet Öncesi Akademik Çıktı Bilgi Formu" kullanıma açılmıştır.
Tezli Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora programlarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerimizin, tez savunma sınavı öncesinde bu formu eksiksiz ve doğru bilgilerle doldurmaları gerekmektedir.
Formun doldurulmamış veya eksik doldurulmuş olması halinde, tez savunmasına ilişkin imza ve mezuniyet işlemleri, gerekli bilgi ve belgeler tamamlanıncaya kadar beklemeye alınacaktır.
Tüm öğrencilerimizin belirtilen hususa gerekli hassasiyeti göstermeleri önemle rica olunur.
Dear Graduate Students,
In order to ensure the accurate recording and institutional monitoring of publications, projects, conference papers, patents, and other academic outputs produced during graduate studies, the "Pre-Graduation Academic Output Information Form" has been introduced.
All Master's with Thesis and PhD students are required to complete this form accurately and in full before their thesis defense examination.
Please note that if the form is not submitted or is submitted with incomplete information, the thesis approval and graduation signature procedures will be placed on hold until all required information has been completed.
We kindly request all graduate students to give due attention to this requirement.
